Excursion to the Isle of Youth. Welcome cocktail and visit to the Municipal Museum for an introduction to the history of the island, once a haven for pirates and corsairs, and its role in revolutionary struggle. Tour of the crafts fair with time to buy souvenirs. Visits to the Ceramics Art Museum and the Presidio Modelo, where Fidel Castro and his comrades in arms were imprisoned. The excursion also includes lunch at the beautiful La Jungla de Jones farm, where visitors can appraise the flora and fauna of the island and visit a crocodile farm.
